Shipping

What is your shipping time frame?

Though we try to get orders out as quickly as possible, some orders may take 3 days to process before shipping. We ship Monday through Saturday (excluding holidays).

If shipping first class mail, it typically takes about 5-7* business days to arrive.

If shipping Priority Mail takes 2-4 days. UPS  ground normally takes 3-5 days.

 

Item never shipped or was lost in the mail?

The risk of loss for all merchandise ordered on this website passes to you the buyer when the merchandise is delivered to our shipping carrier. In the unlikely event that your package is lost, stolen or damaged we are happy to provide an expedient replacement as long as shipment does not show as “arrived” by the carrier tracking information.

International shipping?

Outside the US, we offer Priority Mail International which takes 6-10 days to arrive (customs may increase this time. This is something we have no control over.) All International orders will incur an additional shipping charge.

We are required by law to list the price you paid for our products as the customs amount of the package and to accurately list the contents of your shipment. Upon arrival of your package in your country, you may be contacted to arrange payment of any local duties, taxes, and/or customs charges assessed by your government. Please keep in mind that we have absolutely no control over these charges.

If delivery of a package is refused, rejected, or returned for delivery failure, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for both outbound and inbound shipping charges.

What carriers do you use?

Can I return items?

If you are not completely satisfied with your on-line, non-custom item, you may return it, for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 15 days from the date received. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. Clothing items must not have been worn and tags must be attached. Oversize items may require a nominal restocking fee. Upon receipt of your approved return, Lil Bandits will either issue a refund, store credit, or ship the item you selected in exchange.
